Return policy
• Our return policy is very generous. Most debate clubs do not allow any class cancellations. The ones that do, many times require the cancellation to be done a week in advance.
• Group classes: contact Alannah 24 hours in advance (of the class start time) to avoid getting charged on classes. No reason is necessary.
• Private classes: contact Alannah 24 hours in advance to avoid getting charged on classes. If the contact is 0-23.9 hours in advance, you can get 50% credit.
Offers
• Referral Policy: Refer a new student to join Alannah Debates, and if they mention your name during enrollment, they will receive a nontransferable $160 credit. You will receive a $40 credit.
• Group Policy: Make a new class of 3-5 students, and they will all have free group classes for 4 weeks. Every student must have similar experience level and age (+/- 1 grade).
Other classes
• Group class: $50/hr
• Private class: $80/hr with everyone else. Recommended for novice to intermediate debaters. 50% off if taking group classes if taking group classes in the same month (ie. $40/hr).
• $240/hr with Coach Alannah. Recommended for advance debaters (eg. you’re already consistently top 10 at tournaments). 50% off if taking group classes in the same month.
• SAT class: $50/hr
How do finances work?
Usually I send an invoice for the following month around the 25th. Then, parents send me the Zelle to alannah.zhou@gmail.com. Any >24hr cancellations show up as refundable credit the next invoice. Ie. don’t worry about payment just yet :). Thanks.
